If you choose a Delance watch it will be manufactured especially for you.  So once we have received your payment, manufacturing will start.  The timeframe depends on the watch you choose, but usually your watch will be delivered to you within 3-4 weeks.  Typically Delance use TNT for shipping.

If you choose a Claude Meylan watch it may be one that will be manufactured especially for you.  So once we have received your payment, manufacturing will start.  The timeframe depends on the watch you choose, but usually your watch will be delivered to you within 3-4 weeks.  But if it is off the shelf, it will be with you a week sooner.  Claude Meylan typically use Priority Parcel Post.

Yes! All watches come with a comprehensive 2 year manufacturers Guarantee.

If you are not entirely happy,  you may return it to the manufacturer.  Your payment will be returned less shipping admin & insurance costs. (approx €90). 

Thank goodness for the insurance!  Simpy contact the manufacturer (whose contact details will be on the delivery notice).  They will take it from there.
